M. Nicky Jernigan, MSN, MBA, is a proud Needville native and the compassionate heart behind Hometown Family Care. With a recently completed Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration, Nicky brings a blend of clinical expertise and strategic vision to the practice. Her commitment to providing personalized, solutions-oriented care drives her approach, ensuring each patient feels understood and valued. Deeply connected to her community, she volunteers with multiple organizations throughout the area, spends cherished time with her family, and enjoys weekends at the beach. As a mother of three children attending Needville ISD, Nicky is dedicated to making quality healthcare accessible to families in her hometown

Meet Paige Cahill, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Hometown Family Care. Paige graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and an active American Academy of Nurse Practitioners member. With a strong background in Labor and Delivery, Paige has a particular passion for women’s health and pediatrics. She believes in delivering compassionate, thorough care and values teamwork with her patients to help them achieve optimal health. Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Claire and David, and embraces her role as a “soccer mom” on the weekends.

Jodi Kalinowski, a 2023 Needville High School graduate, is the friendly Front Desk and Medical Assistant at Hometown Family Care. Currently completing her prerequisites for nursing school with plans to become a nurse anesthetist, Jodi enjoys spending her free time outdoors with family and friends.
